Our Approach is simple.
We believe that if you are willing to allow yourself to experience being magnificent for just 10 minutes a day; to completely feel it and rest in that feeling, you will create more peace, joy and fulfillment in your life.
How often have you felt that you are magnificent? Is it a daily experience? Something that happens once in a while? Once in your life? Not at all yet?
Have faith, just because you haven’t experienced something yet, doesn’t mean you can’t, it simply means you haven’t…. yet. You weren’t born walking, talking or riding a bike. You learned and you can learn to do this too!
How do I experience my magnificence?
It’s simple. Feel good about yourself, for 10 minutes a day. Allow yourself to feel magnificent.
There are many ways to do this. Over time you will discover what works best for you. For now, start with our recording below. All you need to do is sit back, relax, repeat the words (preferably out loud) and allow yourself to truly feel that you are magnificent. That’s it.
Just be willing to go there… and then go there. But don’t take our word for it… try it out, and then notice how you feel.
Are you willing to allow yourself 10 minutes a day to feel magnificent?
This may be new, so it is absolutely normal if it takes some time to feel it. You will get there. Be kind to yourself and enjoy the experience. Imagine it is an adventure. You are already using your imagination (whenever you relive something from the past or fear something in the future). Here is your opportunity to use your imagination consciously – to bring you more peace, joy and fulfillment.
YOU ARE MAGNIFICENT – allow yourself to feel it!
If you can feel it for 10 minutes, 5 minutes or even 1 minute, you can learn to expand and amplify that feeling, bringing it into everything you do. You have the power to create peace, joy and fulfillment in your life. It takes awareness, practice and faith (belief in yourself).
